Hello! My name is Stephanie and I’m a Holistic Nutritionist. I am a graduate of the Holistic Nutrition Diploma Program at Pacific Rim College in beautiful Victoria, BC and a member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners (CANNP). Additionally, I have a Diploma in Culinary Arts from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.

My passion for health and wellness has been a lifelong journey. In leading my own active lifestyle, I’ve discovered the importance of properly fueling and taking care of my body. I have experienced my own share of health issues and frustrations over the years and I understand how challenging it can be to determine whether something is helping or hurting the body. I believe in healing from the inside out, which is one of the main reasons I’ve developed such a love for cooking. Experimenting and learning how to blend flavours and textures is such an art and I find time spent in the kitchen meditative. Culinary school has been an important step for me on my wellness journey and I’ve become a huge advocate of preparing vibrant and delicious whole foods in fun and simple ways — I hope to spark some inspiration for you too!

I have completed over 350 hours of clinical nutrition with my education and have worked with a wide variety of health conditions and diagnosis. I take all aspects of health into consideration and work with each person to determine both impactful and attainable goals. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where I focus on you as a whole and address the root cause(s) of your symptoms. My goal is to meet you where you’re at on your wellness journey, and help you feel empowered and confident in making informed decisions about your health.
